Our team also assists groups, such as staff teams from our institutions with counseling sessions that help grow their work relations and boost work morale. We also help address conflicts among groups of people from different places such as work places people groups.

GOA Partners with International leadership institute to offer the eight core values training to practicing leaders. The training is offered at regional level in the regional conference that takes a maximum of three days and the National level which takes a full week at a training centre.
